The project, spanning 476 acres, is slated to open in 2031 and is projected to become Europe's largest entertainment resort. According to an official announcement from Bedford Borough Council, it is expected to attract up to 8.5 million visitors annually, with numbers potentially rising to 12 million over time. 


The development is anticipated to generate approximately 28,000 jobs, comprising 20,000 during construction and 8,000 permanent roles upon completion.The economic impact is estimated to contribute nearly £50 billion to the UK economy by 2055.
